MTNTOUGH Fitness Lab is a comprehensive online fitness program catered to mountain athletes, backcountry hunters, special operations forces, wildland firefighters, and more. It offers functional fitness workouts and training programs aimed at enhancing athleticism and mental toughness. Designed by dedicated mountain athletes and elite military operators, these workouts have been scientifically proven to be effective.

Beyond just a workout program, MTNTOUGH is a global online community of individuals who are committed to physical and mental strength. It emphasizes the importance of mental toughness alongside physical strength, recognizing that the most powerful muscle in the human body is the one between our ears.

MTNTOUGH provides an innovative daily workout program known as the Workout of the Day (WOD). These workouts require minimal gear and are refreshed every weekday. They consist of exercises utilizing equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, pull-up bars, step-up boxes, and bodyweight exercises. The workouts incorporate different styles like AMRAP (as many rounds as possible), EMOM (every minute on the minute), and HIIT (high-intensity interval training). Unlike CrossFit, MTNTOUGH's training programs and WODs are specifically designed to prepare individuals for mountain expeditions through muscular endurance exercises with diverse range-of-motion movements.

By subscribing to MTNTOUGH+, you gain unlimited access to all their functional fitness exercise programs, daily workouts, mental toughness training, and bonus content. With hundreds of physically and mentally demanding workout routines available, you can choose from a variety of extended and daily workout programs that suit your schedule. These programs can be done anywhere - at home, on the road, or at the gym - and cover areas such as bodyweight workouts, kettlebell workouts, interval training, and mobility training. Regular additions ensure that you never get bored with the same old routine.

With a coaching staff consisting of former Navy SEALs, Army Rangers, and renowned physical trainers, MTNTOUGH's workouts are challenging and demanding. The goal is to prepare clients for both unexpected situations and daily tasks, allowing them to have the mental resilience and physical stamina to handle emergencies or perform at their best throughout a long workday while still being able to enjoy quality time with their families.

To enjoy all the features and content, you can subscribe to MTNTOUGH: Home & Gym Workout on a monthly or yearly basis through an auto-renewing subscription within the app. Please note that pricing may vary depending on your region and will be confirmed prior to purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each cycle unless explicitly deactivated at least 24 hours before the current cycle concludes. The payment will be processed through your iTunes Account and can be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchase, and cancellations can be made by disabling auto-renewal.
